Photoshop premier Pro

I am a beginner I want to learn Photoshop 2022 and premier Pro 2022 will you anyone suggest some Tamil tutorial from basic I can't found in YouTube as several videos not teaching in basic. I can't found as they mentioned tools it's my biggest problem .I am searching 2022 tagged but not getting correct video in your help me
